HSC students to take over Taree Library

Posted on Wednesday, 12th October, 2016

Local HSC students are once again invited to take over Taree Library on Wednesday 12, 19 and 26 October from 5 to 8pm to prepare for their final exams in a stress-free environment.

HSC students will not only have exclusive use of the library for group or individual study, but they’ll also have everything they need at their fingertips including free WiFi, printing, photocopying, comfy chairs and study snacks to ensure energy levels don’t fall during the night.

“The library is a great place for students to meet and study with friends as they have access to everything they need, including reference materials and databases,” said Danielle Old, Events Coordinator for Manning Valley Libraries.

HSC Students are encouraged to take advantage of this great opportunity as library staff will also be on hand to offer assistance and support. For those wanting to take part, there are no bookings required and students are welcome to come and go as they please.

For those who can’t make it on Wednesday evenings, don’t forget Manning Valley Libraries are open Monday to Friday from 10am – 5pm and Saturdays from 10am - 2pm.
